Variables for display paging

Business Electronic Enterprise, or BEE, is a programming language for web application development.  It was first developed in 2002 by Accsoft Internet Service, initially for servicing web hosting customers for their requirements of user authentication, online content management and site administration.

Soon after the project started, the technology expanded to cover database access and web services.  BEE has since established to become a server-side web scripting language and a comprehensive system for supporting and managing web applications, serving the web owners, web developers and hosting providers.

In 2006, BEE Web Platform has been officially recognised by the Australian Government to be an outstanding innovation and accepted into the Australian Technology Showcase.  A number of Hong Kong governmental offices in Sydney have used the BEE Technology, such as Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, Hong Kong Australia Business Association, Trade Development Council (eInvite) and more.

The main features of BEE include online resource allocation, built-in user authentication and security, full database functionality, online content management, object-orientedness, dual syntax for ease of adaptation and integration, and a set of administration tools.

For web developers who want a quick glance of sample codes, please go to http://samples.bee.net.au.  An online interpretor can be found at http://samples.bee.net.au/beeeng.htm if you want to try out running your own BEE scripts.
